A last minute Rally to the Christmas Party was set up and led by Rick and Bonnie Mueller.  We met at GHS for a run up Glendora Mountain Road then over the East Fork and back down the Canyon into Azusa.  Rick went to GHS in the 60's and wanted to show off the roads he used to play on with his friends thirty years ago.  Just another day of convertible weather in December in So-Cal.  Light traffic allowed the five cars to stick together and enjoy a sporting pace.  Lots of thunder in the canyons with a few stops to chat.  All too soon we were back on the flatlands and stopped for a snack and bathrooms at In-N-Out in Azusa before jumping on the Freeway for the short drive to the Elephant Bar.

Dinner was well attended and well organized thanks to Kathy Kruidhoff (sound familiar?).  Lots of great raffle prizes and good food too.  The room was barely big enough and we had to add tables for the late arrivals.  A surprise guest was Mike McClusky, The Cobra Restorer.  He is also a Tiger fan and may come to a meeting in the future as a guest speaker.
