Inconsistent brakes

Guys,
I have changed the brakes to dales willwood system which is so much better than origional. Only issue I am having now is the brakes are inconsistent by which I mean sometimes I only have to touch the pedel and the car is slowing down. Other times I am almost having to pump it. I believe the vacuum is changing with the speed of the engine so at higher revs the pedel is great. When sitting at lights, it's soft.

Any ideas what I can do.

You are still running a servo? If it is the stock servo they have a habbit of the piston hanging up when rebuilt due to incorrect reproduction rubbersand sometimes failure if the leather seal.

If no servo.. You probably have air in the system somewhere
