Am I missing something here?

You also need the alpine tierod ends and mgb steering arms. This kind of thing on eBay shows there are some very new and somewhat overeager tiger owners out there

What is Missing?

In this thread just about anything to participate further.

No clear statement of what "it" is and the auction link no work.

I think it is important in starting a thread which depends on a link to understand that the link will go away. If the thread is to be of value longer?

Be a little wordy please even if it seems redundant at the moment.

Thanks Duke

I found the pics and description too  Just had to scroll down a little further.

Those bits in the photos were indeed missing a number of parts to do an installation. MGB stearing arms and the Midget/Sprite, quick steer rack.

I have Dale's earlier cross member kit. Dale modified the Tiger cross member with his fulcrum pins, springs and Delron bushings. Welding too.

The Ackerman is not fully corrected with this kit. Much improved! and takes more effort which goes away when you get going.

Rick has a point

We should all copy a pic and post as these eBay and Craigslist links go stale pic wise after 90 days thanks Duke.

I like to point out that ads for cars for sale and items that could be a bench mark price wise should be copied too.

Clearly this one is as dumb as a AC housing posted for $1200.00, oh he changed it to 850.00 today.

I sold on a un needed complete front end with that exact part, a way easy replacement. I could do it and I have not ran a lathe since 1975 in high school:D
I have one early Dale kit on my MK1 and I give the rig a 25% grade over stock. But what is more important is is probably pushes me out of personalized class and into modified with the big motor big buck boys.

As a ala carte item they make a nice paperweight set:rolleyes:

Them Bits & Pieces

Except for slightly quicker steering, I never got the need for the Midget rack. Since the steering arms get machined & spaced off anyway, just one more machining step in the taper hole and use the Tiger rack as is. 2-cents
