I cleaned it up nice, but before I put this thing back in - i wanna test it to make sure it works. The whole dash is apart, and I can't simply plug it in and hit the switch to test. I am a bit baffled by the wiring.
On the motor,E = ground(earth), but that one doubles back into the cam box and must be part of the park mechanism, and there are 2 other leads. One lead for each brush... this is where they lose me. Why are there seperate leads for each brush? which one or both get 12v+ ?? This is probably really basic, but I have been staring at wires too long and dont want to burn up this motor. Thanks!!
