Thanks

I have to defer to my neighbor to communicate with him. The cars sports a CAT club sticker and some late 70's 80's TA radials. It is said to be from the Pismo beach area and is not as rusty as it should be. Last registered in 1984 and probably did not see road for years before that. Highly personalized would be a kind term and set up with some auto cross driving in mind. Extra sturdy acc. cable double spring throttle roll bar and 3 pt. belts.

My neighbor has a XKE Jag so my pitch is "what do you want such a uncivilized car for?" Maybe I can convince him it is a un pure car with a baboon heart like they say about Chevy's dropped in Jag's..

If the Jag is a V-12 he would surely appreciate the V-8. In the past I've had a couple Jags pull up along side at a light and said they wished they'd got an 8.

Speaking of other cats

A client of mine has a 73 V12 XKE roadster a non runner for over 25 years it is a pretty but daunting task.

If you watch Mad Men they mock and call the series "A beauty you can own" unlike the beauties with legs...

They are beauties

Two of those V 12 sculptures live within our Beam community and seasonally get dropped off with dashboard notes describing maladies and previous tech/mech attempts at problem solving. Currently there's one in the yard with a note that asks " see what you can do with it". Really wrong thing to open with around this old satirical barn dweller . . . . . . .
