Bonnie and I drove south into San Diego County for the British Show. (only about 45 miles). 8 Sunbeams turned out. 4 Tigers including Bonnie's black Tiger and 3 Alpines. Also Ed Stewarts 1953 Talbot 4 door with picnic package options? That yellow S5 Alpine of Claudio Padres packs a 2.3 L overhead cam Ford drive train.
Bev & Scott Sylvester had the best Sunbeam award a 1965 Balmoral Grey Tiger. The second place was Keith Easler's '66 green Tiger.
Warm for mid September in the 90's. Thanks to (Smitty) Loren Smith (Alpine) for bringing a patch of shade to shelter us some from the sun. A few other Members and Tiger owners showed up to see what was on the field and check out the Sunbeams today also.
