8 Sunbeams showed at Fairbrook Farms under clear skys on Sunday last, the 29th. Best of the 8 was the Forest Green Tiger of Keith Easler (sic?). Second was the red Tiger with fender flares owned by Tom (?). Well deserved!

Turnout was over a hundred cars from late model Aston Martins to the restored Riley and a dozen or more "Cobras".

Smitty was there with his shop Alpine. He showed a couple of us how to fold the soft top correctly. He struggled with the top on our Black Tiger until someone spotted an "Aha". The top had been incorrectly installed when new. That was before we bought it the first time in '87. A Phillips screwdriver 20 minutes and lots of advice and the thing was fixed so it sits down the way it should but never had since a prior owner had the top installed.

Photos? yes

Looks Like Nice Car Show

Rick,

Thanks for posting the photos - looks like there were some nice cars there. Was Eisler's car wearing pie-cutter LATs?

I think

He wants you to know he secretly wishes he didn't re spray his car Med Blue:)

Looks like a great photo event. Thanks for the pics. Not a lot of people milling about to really ruin a good shot.
