I've owned my 1966 Sunbeam Tiger since the early 1980s. In all that time, I did not know that there were Sunbeam bicycles. In the last year I learned about the bicycle ancestors of the Sunbeam automobile. Here is my 1952 Sunbeam bicycle...

It is a BSA built Sunbeam. I also have obtained a 1947-ish Sunbeam bicycle that is also a BSA build. And I have a 1969 that is a Raleigh build, which really is a Raleigh bicycle badged as a Sunbeam. Maybe I will someday get a Marston built Sunbeam bicycle. Pre 1957 Sunbeam bicycles are not easy to come by in the U.S. I am now starting an effort to restore my '66 Tiger to its former glory. Maybe I'll be able to carry my Sunbeam bicycle with my Tiger next year!

Need a Sturmey Archer 3 speed coaster brake hub?
I often looked at bike collecting as the poor man's motorcycle collecting but it's different at the beach with a bike path.

There was a bike rack on a Tiger at a United.
