C.A.T. June Meeting - Nethercutt Museum and Collection

This event is on June 8, 2019.

The Museum opens at 9:00 a.m. and we'll have a short membership meeting at 9:15 a.m. in the Museum's conference room, which is located to the right of the entrance desk. After the meeting we'll cross the street for a 10:00 a.m. tour of the collection, which will last about 2 hours. We have reservations for a party of 30, but we probably can arrange for more as needed.

Please RSVP to Doug Courtney as soon as possible at Director2@catmbr.org or (661) 803-0336 and include your name and number of attendees.

Parking is at 15151 Bledsoe St., Sylmar, CA 91342. For the tour of the collection, meet at the doors of the building across the street (15200 Bledsoe St.) before 9:45 a.m. Note that you must be at least 10 years old to go on the tour (but not to visit the museum). Food and backpacks are not allowed. Cameras are allowed, but no flash, selfie sticks, monopods, or tripods. Cheers and looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible!

The Nethercutt "Museum" is on the northwest side of the street (Bledsoe)and is where we'll park. The "collection", where we'll receive a guided tour, is on the southeast side.

As David posted, please secure your place on the tour by RSVP to Doug since we need to tell them how many people will be in our group. Showing up without an RSVP may work but that is a gamble. An RSVP will definitely work. (an RSVP is not needed to tour the Museum - visitors from around the world come to SoCal specifically to see the Museum. We'll be able to view both.)
