cam thrust plate tool

Tearing down a 1963 Galaxy 5 bolt 289, and find that the cam thrust plate used a countersunk D shaped bolt. Not my first time with an engine build, but the first time I have run across this.
I do not have the tool and neither does my local parts shop................

We've built many SBF's and not seen that one, yet. Got a pic?

As I say it is not my first time and new to me too. In beer mode inside now after dinner, and will send a pic tomorrow
The tool is proving a problem here in Canada
 
Gord Houghton showed me a carb adjustment tool like this last evening and apparently is is called a "clutch tool" The one on the cam plate is larger than what one would see on a carb. but the same double D design

OK: Your pic was great. Those were almost a popular fastener in several industries thru the 60's - 80's . 4 in 1 screw driver kits came with those bits, etc. Yet still, I've never seen that used in automotive application. I would suggest that they were not OEM ?
 
Holley uses them for fastening secondary metering plates. I bought one of those bit kits to remove mine.
