Yes, it's very soft. I think it's designed for 'inside use' only- there are no plastic layers- it's a breathable dust cover. How about passing on your source for the cover...I googled it to death and couldn't find one. Thanks!
 
Well, I took a chance and ordered one of these after assurances from CarCoverUSA that the Covercraft replacement for the Wolf WE31 was nearly identical (they bought out Wolf)- using Evolution 4 material instead of the Evolution 3 that my cover had.

Sad to say, the cover is not close to fitting the same. The Covercraft 13' cover looks like it was patterned after some kind of fastback car- it bags and sags over the rear of the Tiger. None of the tailored fit over the back window that my Wolf cover had. It will have to be returned...
