Today driving Tigers to the Meeting was a non-start. Rain in the forecast and heavy this morning. Still there was a good showing of Members and most of us had not been to the NHRA Museum before.
I was at the Drags regularly in the 60's and it was good to see some of the cars I remembered from Pomona, Fontana, Irwindale and Lions.
April 19-21, 2012 is a Ford, Cobra, Shelby Reunion and the Sports Car Forum Tiger will be entered in the race on the old Pomona Circuit. John Morton will be driving and it was at Pomona that John dove his first race.
