Column bearings races and felts

Read a couple of post concerning the steering column mention of Rick Moran, I've been unable to find this name in the cat membership roster, I'm still looking for bearings and races and felt... Any current information would be helpful.Thanks

The bearing (balls) are found at any good hardware store. The felts I use are the common battery terminal protectors . It's those darned bicycle races that can't be found anywhere ???
