Dash Bolts

I have ordered new dash Bolts from SS , the 4 bolts that I received are the same , on my MK2 the two top bolts are the same that I have received , but on my dash the 2 hole on both corner end are smaller ????? Any one have the dimension of those 2 bolts. Did they change those 2 the bolts at one point ????

The bolt (screw) at the glove box corner is indeed a size slender. They all have phillips oval heads. I buy stainless stock at the hardware store and powder coat (carbide black) the heads. Your hardware guyzz should have a screw size gauge on site for Ya.
 
I just received the dash bolts from SS. The baggie had the 4 bolts (unpainted) you spoke of. There was a second bag that contained the slender black screw. Sounds like they did not ship you the extra, slender bolt. Call Rick. I am sure he will make it right and send it to you.
 
While we are on the subject of dash bolts, does anyone know the size of the screws that hold in the defroster bezels? I searched the parts CD and the Tiger bolt list but could not find the reference.

I always keep one in my pocket, along with the tiller and steering wheel :)
All kidding aside what does the circle inside the head of the standard screw signify?
