Is there a part number on your original block gasket envelope? And/or anyone have a source for an original block gasket or replacement. Guess I would also like to know part number for that block insert.

Gasket is C5AZ-6840-A, sometimes they popup on eBay. Threaded adapters are pretty common, here's one on Amazon.
