For 260:
Width at outside 15/32 in.
Outside length 49.5 in.
Depth .30/.40
Angle of "V" 36 degrees
Tension New 100/140 lb
Tension Used 80/110 lb. (equivalent to 1/2 inch total up and down movement)
For 289: As above except outside length 47.25 in.

Very detailed- thanks a lot. This translates into something like 10 x 1260mm metric for the 260. Just found today that V-Belts that long are running out at most of our german standard parts dealers. Got a 10 x 1250 at least and hope it will fit my 260 ...
