Ford label on valve cover

Does anyone know where to get the small Ford label that was stuck on the valve cover opposite of the one with the stamped numbers? Rick at Sunbeam Specialties used to sell the engine labels as a 2 piece set. he has since told me he can no longer get the smaller label.

You could probably have one made if you had a photo. I recently had a wheel cap sticker made from a jpeg file I made. Not very costly.

I have done that in the past. I have reproduced the self adhesive labels that go on the jack. The label on the valve cover is this foil and I couldn't find a printer near me that could make them. Probably because I live in the middle of nowhere!
