This is another very good example of a project where most dreamers will have absolutely no clue how much time, effort and Pound Sterling is in the future. I really do admire those who bite the bullet and wage through . . . .
 
Small world! About 5 cow pastures north of here! Little farming community called Jay, truly out in the sticks!
