Glass Tiger

One last installment to help the STOC with their spring cleaning:

Last summer the STOC commemorated the Tiger’s 50th with a large heavy polished glass (probably acrylic) block with a Tiger laser etched inside. This was a limited edition with something over 200 made.

It’s larger than similar ones I’ve encountered and it’s much, much heavier at almost 4 pounds.

We’ll probably get about twenty of them late next month and they’ll cost $55 plus $12.65 for priority mail (from California). (As with the books, the tooth fairy will somehow lug them over here.) (80 pounds? We'll see how strong she is. ;-) )

Again, I’m just helping the STOC and not taking any of the money.

We showed it at Woodley Park and about a half dozen said they want one. If you’re also interested please PM your email address so I can send payment instructions.

BTW, the last Tiger 50 book went in the mail today. If you have not received yours within a few days PM me ASAP.

thanks,

BT

The glass Tiger's went out today via Priority Mail.

If you paid for the block & shipping and don't receive it early next week please PM or email me.
For those who want to pick it up locally, let me know so we can make arrangements.

thanks,

Thanks to Graham and Buck's tooth fairy for doing this! I saw one of these last Fall at the TE/AE United and never thought I would have the chance to get one. Eric

Got mine today. Unbelievably cool. Finally a replacement for the Johnny Lightning hot wheel! :D Thanks Buck!

re: glass Tiger

Got mine a couple of days ago. It is really nice. I would also like to thank those that made all of this happen. Thank you very much!

Got mine today...thanks. It is a beautiful piece and bigger than I thought, well worth the price.

[Charlie Brown] I got a rock. [/Charlie Brown]

I hinted to my wife, when she asked what I wanted for my upcoming birthday. No dice. Probably too late now.
