What I'm looking at building is a rear over the package tray area hard tonnneau with built in headrests. Kinda like a big 60s T bird.

Boot pins

Got some but now I have two right passenger side boot pins and one spare drivers side B post clamp . I want to make a hard tonneau to cover the area behind seats.

Still could use one boot pin for drivers side.

Do you have to remove it everytime you need the softtop?

Plans

Would say yes. I've got caught one time in rain. I just don't drive if it's likely.

Plans are for a Porsche Speedster like cover with headrests built in speakers and amp.
