Headlight Bucket Directional Screws

Someone have a source for headlight bucket adjustment screws? The two nylon collared screws that adjust the angle of the beam. Need the collar that fits in the bucket more than I need the screw.
Is this an auto parts store item? Dorman? Fit of the nylon base is the key I guess.

Hi Paul, this is one of the two items I purchase from Victoria British, they sell the plastic insert and the screw together.
