I think this is where we loose the youngsters from the old guys. This is great stuff Duke.. I was in the Air Force and my Uncle and a cousin also did their part in WWII in the Air Force. Me ??? Vietnam but I spent my years at remote radar sites across Canada and Alaska making sure those pesky Russians never got the chance to fly over the White House. My cousin managed to get some B25's to fly off a carrier after Pearl Harbor to teach those Jap's a lesson. My uncle was a central gunner on a B29 out of Guam during WWII....Wear them proud and you know that is just the last little push that will put you in the 11's !!!

In soe car race cultures they put the badges or circuit maps on the cras with small X's thourgh them once they have been beaten or raced on... there was an alpine racer int eh Uk that had tiger scalps on his car.. and a few tigers with scalps of some fairly serious marques
