Inner and outer waist seal removal help

Can someone please explain, or direct me to instructions on how to remove the inner and outer waist seals ( the rubber parts on either side of the driver and passenger roll up windows). Trying to get a car painted and need to get the outer rubber off. While you are at it, instructions on the triangle window frame and glass removal (for re-chrome ). Didn't find either of these in the Tiger United site.

Not that I did it the right way but I removed the wing window assy, rolled the window all the way down and then was able to "pop" the outer strip off. The clips hold it straight down so it was fairly easy to "pull" up and off. I just applied a little pressure on the clip and it let go.
Going back on was a little more difficult since you have to push up on the clip to attach it, but it didn't go too bad. Patience. :)
 
Thanks for the hints. I didn't realize the clips go downward from the top of the door. Must you remove the wing window to get the inner seal off? Does the wing window come out with the roll up portion?

The wing window removes easily----if I recall there are a couple screws on the front of the chrome and then a screw facing the driver. Once these are out it should pull straight up and out.
The clips that hold the exterior "felt" go from the underside and go up.
If I am wrong please chime in............
