Is this an original FAN SHROUD or a Repro?

Help needed, came across this fan shroud buried in my garage, I know its Tiger but cant tell if its an original or a reproduction, appreciate any input,

Different

The current Sunbeam Spares reproductions and the 2 originals I have had on both a MK1 and MK1a do not have the three spot welds across the top facing aft as in your pictures
 
so possibly a Repro from many years ago? I have had it in storage at least since 1999.

Hard to say some guys have made lots of metal projects over the years . It is hard to see very well in your pics, but the original is a bigger stamped top piece without the three piece look of the spot welds as you have shown. The Sunbeam Spares Shroud while two pieces is seam welded to appear as the larger stamped unit. I think a little dressing and metal working can mod your existing one. By no means am I the last word on this but I do have 2 in garage, and recently received 3 from England for my associates.

I have 2 originals and neither of them have that lip and spot welds that Warren spoke of.
It will still do the job perfectly well though.
