Looking for TAC options in the Midwest

Wondering if there are any options for getting a car TAC'd anywhere in the Midwest region.

I was hoping to have my car certified early next year when restoration is completed.

Wont be able to make the La Crosse Wisconsin event in Aug, already committed to be out of the country that week.
