Actually the Monterey Historics will be August 14-16, 2009.
Two Tigers have been invited & they will practice on Friday 8/14 and then race on Sunday 8/16.

They also plan to compete the prior weekend (8/8 & 8/9) in Monterey at the Pre Historics. (free admission?)

What Tigers are racing?
I can guess one of them will be in the livery of the Sports Car Forum? Is that correct Beach? Thanks for correcting the dates posted.

The Tiger's accepted and running at this years Historics are the Sports Car Forum Tiger driven by John Morton and Tom Sakai's yellow race Tiger driven by himself.
By the way, I have it from reliable sources that because some of the usual sponsorships have not been renewed for this year? lots of rooms normally blocked out to entertain customers and company executives are available to to the unwashed fans or at least unconnected last minute attendees!
