Pitt, these are the instructions for ordering the poster.
The printer printer produces a really high quality product at a great price but his online ordering process is needlessly complex.

select which version of poster you want (just one) and hit 'order print'
from the right column choose 'satin photo paper', second from the top
TO GET THE DISCOUNT IT HAS TO BE THIS PAPER
step 1, use the drop down menu and select '2:3 format: 24"x36" (100%)
THIS IS THE ONLY SIZE THAT GETS THE DISCOUNT
skip step 2
skip step 3
step 4 it will show a price of $24.20, choose quantity of 1 and hit 'add to cart'
IF IT'S NOT $24.20 THEN SOMETHING IS AMISS
next page will be 'print saved to cart', go to the green button at the top right and hit 'checkout'
On the 'my shopping cart page' you can go to 'instant proof' that is right under the thumbnail image of the print
that will open a window, move the white circle on the larger image to view details on the print.
once you have done that close the window and you are back at the 'my shopping cart' page
hit 'proceed to checkout'
on processing option leave it at 'standard processing (free)'
then hit 'save and continue'
enter your 'order contact information'
where it says 'account type' select the 'individual' (it's the lower circle)
then enter the shipping information
you don't need to fill out the stuff on the right of the page and you don't need to open an account
hit the square with the torn page icon at the bottom/middle
on the next page make sure info is correct and in the lower left enter code nc36disc in the 'promotions' box
THIS CODE ONLY WORKS FOR 24"X36" SATIN PRINT
hit 'apply promotion', total should now read $15.99, $9.99 plus $6 shipping
YOU HAVE TO HIT 'APPLY PROMOTION' TWICE
go to 'proceed to payment'
complete credit card info and enter your address
hit 'place order now' and that should be it
they allow you to check your order using your email address and zip

Hi Justin, that "until 01-15-2015" note on the top of the announcement refers to the date the announcement drops off the top of the General Discussion section of the forum.
The place that is doing the printing will offer that price indefinitely for 'unique users'. Obviously at some point he will either discontinue the promotion or his decision to print and sell high quality posters for under $10 will force him out of business.
