Mystery solved

I was digging through old Tiger Tales and other Tiger related material from the late 70's-early 90's when I ran across this article. It was written by Harold Lampson in Fresno about the Tiger prototype Miles built. I had to laugh at 2 things:
1) the license plate from this car ended up on my wife's beater Tiger I bought from Harold Lampson in the early 90's.
2) the article talks about the missing Sun tach from the Miles car. It was in the beater we owned, dang, I should have kept that. I sold the car years later and it was totaled, a body guy in the bay area bought it along with a friends rear Alpine clip and a Tiger front clip from SS I believe. A friend has seen it and says it is beautiful now......

Just thought I would share this story.

Nothing earth shaking but I thought it was funny that those 2 items showed up on another Tiger.....
Derek--how's your car coming along?

I dug up this article for a Blast from the Past column in Tiger Tales not long ago...here it is:

this might be a great accessory

for the Miles car's owner...

At any rate... someone in the community should grab it.

Quite strangely, I have something very very close to that bowl that I now need to look for... perhaps it wasn't just a fruit basket...

whoa and these too... (sorry if you 1 watcher are on here...)
