I tried Coker tire...they did not have them. I also tried just about every other tire company in the US and UK...no luck. I finally went with BF Goodrich 6.00x13 1" WW...it was the closest I could get. (see photo).
Now I needed a whole set. Since you only need a spare, perhaps somebody still has one stashed away out in their garage.

You just missed an Ebay auction :RARE Early 64 65 Ford Mustang Falcon - Dunlop Tires 6.50 x 13" & Wheels. All for a starting bid of $99. No one bid on the tires which ended Feb 2. stangstor2 is the seller.
 
Found a tire!

Appreciate the input gents. Found a tire in Canada and it is headed my way.
