November meeting

Hi ,new member here.I was told I could get my Tiger authenticated at this event is this correct?

Yes

All you need to do is contact the senior inspectors .
Please use the PM system and include your email and I will forward it on to them .

Be sure to give us a little taste treat especially for the guys are very far away and can't attend , with a short bio and some pictures in your Tigers story .

If they are tacing cars count me in I will bring mine up plus a bunch of parts to sell.

How to Get Your Car TAC Inspected

If anyone wants to get their car TAC inspected, DO NOT just post it on the Forum. There is a process to get your car TAC inspected. The senior inspector for us here in SoCal is Jere Teepen. His contact information is in the Tiger Tales. Please contact him if you want to see about getting your car inspected at November's meeting.

Here is the latest

I sent on a request form a member to Jere and Buck aka AT THE BEACH, today, He followed up that he and is waiting for the TAC guys to come. I make a lousy secretary but I try.

As Dave mentions they are in your roster but there is no big GOLD TAC star by their names. At the Beach in Directory is a senior and Jere the 2nd in command in parts is also a Senior inspector.

A brief over view of the TAC is here http://sunbeamtiger.org/index.php/tac-menu/tac-procedure

The meeting is the best event IMHO if we can get our volunteer TAC guys there we will get to see a Drag Tiger , a GT Tiger, and my lot's of guys favorites GPTZ Mike's fresh MK2. A few barn or pigeon coop finds show too. My personal favorite was a that 70's show Tiger with shag rugs and walnut paneling EPIC!

Lunch is on the club and my biz partners and I will be bringing some drinks.

Several other guys had asked me about the event. Most cause I have been scrounging parts for my cars and selling some of my old but not so rusty Alpines not to mention some happy AC housing buyers

My neighbor (when I lived in Michigan) had a brown Tiger with shag carpet. Wonder if it's the same one.

What year was this? Would have to be prior to '77. Trying to scrape up a little more history on my car. DMV has only one owner listed as me.

I sent Jere Teepen an email asking about TAC at this event. Hopefully we can do this, sounds like we have a few people interested in having their cars TAC'd.
