Here are some photos from the get-together at Baja Cantina, organized by Moondoggie on Thursday. Thanks, Moondoggie! Most of the photos are of some of the Tigers in our reserved parking area. There were quite a few other interesting cars parked around the Cantina as well.

Looks awful lot like a parade lap...

Neat. Great job to CAT and STOA for putting together some great events and history for the car.

Ps: Bruce sorry not to catch you Friday...running around placating young kids at racetrack was serious business. But in the end... More tiger race fans created.
 
And who is better than George Boskoff himself to show up when your Tiger breaks down?
 
We had a great time. Saw that tiger spin, a few others and the 1970 white Boss 302 head into the wall. Sorry to see the crash but that car will live to see another race day and the driver walked away.

Glad to see all those vintage cars being used like they should be. The pits was like ten museums of race cars. Have not gone to that event for 30 years but had a blast. Just wish I had my car. They wouldn't let me race the Town and Country Van in the vintage van race car category. Maybe next year it will qualify. Lee

Lee you can take the mini van there. Should be a epic even with a big course and big friends invited!

Lee--I went over and helped unload the Boss today--a friend of mine. He wrecked on the last turn of the last lap of the race. Hit the wall head on--I looked it over good today and it will need everything in front of the firewall, plus it cracked the bell housing and broke the windshield. He got pretty banged up, his wife said a fractured tailbone and very bruised up. Here is a pic of him on that last lap..........

FYI, it will be about a week before we get a photo-bucket type site up where anyone can download the on track Tiger group photos taken last Friday evening.

Dan plans to post them in various resolutions.

There will be no charge.

That is great to hear--very nice of him to do that for us.......should we give him a T shirt as a thank you?
