Sunbeam Specialties has the crank pulley in their catalog, P/N TM29, $93.45.
For the water pump, if you want an overdriven pulley there are the Maverick pulleys, or contact rwoolridge@insight.rr.com who makes an aluminum pulley for $135 anodized black. Not sure of a source for a stock one.
