Question on AMP Gauge

My Tiger (66MK1A), has a Lucas 30+/- amp gauge installed. Car is running a stock generator. MY question is should the gauge be a Lucas or Jaeger gauge to be correct? All other gauges in the car are Jaeger. Thanks

Lucas is the one. The -35-+35 for the MKII is also Lucas

And they used a smiths clock. The gauges are actually British Jaeger .. Which was smiths iirc. The Lucas ammeter still has a matching font

Just an FYI, Paul Breuhan does a lot of re-facing of stock gauges and other Tiger stuff and has 2 amp gauges on e-Bay at the moment that he's redone with the Jaeger logos instead of Lucas... not 'correct' but they DO look very nice and will match the stock gauges
