I recently made several more 1" lowering block kits for Tiger rearends. I have made a bunch of these kits in the past and they are easy to install. At TigersUnited at Big Bear several years ago, I installed a set in about 20 minutes in Rick Mueller race Tiger right there in the parking lot at the Autocross.

I've got 2 sets left. The set includes two 1" blocks, pinned correctly for Tiger rearends, and four u-bolts with the hardware. $80 per set.

Sorry. All the lowering blocks have been sold the first day and I've already got a waiting list for the next batch. Let me know if you want a set.

Fix in Fun

Sounds like this will be added to a short list of things to be done at the fix in. Swap meet please also stay tuned on the coming event in the California section. Lot's of goodies for sale without eBay fees sales tax and help support you local car junkie. We are all affiliated with Gary thru the club and share the same common addiction. The best part is it is also a TAC event and several barn or pigeon coop finds have been set free, albeit on and in trailers. I heard yesterday that a rare GT Tiger may be making an visit. Stay tuned!

Lower

Hi Gary,
They look nice! I just made a similar set of 1 1/2" blocks for my car. Now the U-bolts are almost too short. What size U-Bolts do you use? The ones on my car, which may or may not have been the original ones, are 7/16", I could only find 1/2" U-Bolts of the appropriate length and diameter on Summit. I guess 1/2" is OK? Drill out the holes in the bottom plates?

I went to a local spring shop here and they had any size needed and cheap. Look in the phone book ( I know I am old fashion ) and look in the yellow pages under Automobile. Good luck.
