Replace Spare Tire

My Tiger is a 1967 MK 1A, I need to replace the spare tire. The existing spare is a Michelin 175-13X. I want the same size to fit in the trunk. Any suggestions on where to locate this same size tire?

In the past, I have bought cars from Tire Rack, but for my other cars. I am not sure exactly what 175-13X translates to today's tire sizing, but Tire Rack does have a few 175/70R-13 for sale. You should be able to find other tire companies selling similar size tires.

I believe you can find other threads that talked about tire sizes, if that is a concern for you.

The only downside of that aluminum spare is that it is 25+ years old and you can only drive 50mph with it. I know there are a few threads on here talking about tires, they had some good info and they were not that old......good luck.
