Repro rad expansion tanks

Wow ! What a great repro.Thinks for highlighting. Hard to tell from the original...
 
I looked at one at Sunbeam Specialties; Rick is selling them for $500 so about the same price. Beautiful piece.

The repo tank looks very good. Can't wait for the Mk II version - it would be nice to have a spare sitting on the shelf in case something happens to my original tank.

I agree , Rick sells them now for a much better price. I have fondeled them in person and they heavier but visibly correct except for the glossy paint, but that's fixed easy. I think Rick had them priced at 450 or 495.
I don't recall looking for the fill to tab as in late MK1a or MK tube but it'd be easy to pick one out or make that . It's super easy to resolder a tank.

I know sellers that have sold them for 600, 800, and 1000 to needful Tiger owner's.
