Seattle Craigslist Mk1

I know another member on here that was looking at Chucks car earlier this summer, good to see the prices are starting to rise, at least for those of us who have one. We'll try and find you a good one Kevin.

When Chuck asked me to spread the word by mouth only that he had to sell his cars because he could no longer drive them it was upsetting as there are more days behind me then in front of me as well. I met him when he was selling parts on eBay and had not been to a meeting for over 10 years. I did some minor fixes for him over the last couple years.
He laughed when I told him I had a carboard sign "will work for car parts,"

This green car had a value I told guys about that is hard to put a number on. A real one owner car, that had not had a torch put to it and was not restored as it never needed it, and it really was always garaged. Not to mention it was owned by a former club officer and pillar of the club.

Chuck, told me what it sold for. Paul I know you do not visit here but Bravo to you and Mr. Miller I do not know what magic you guys worked but please put some in a bottle and sell us some.

All the guys I showed were all much more well to do than I and they really missed a nice car. Sure she was 1980's green but her bones were awesome.

I got the pleasure of meeting Chuck and riding in his green car. It brought back memories of my first tiger with it's old technology solid lifter engine, the Steve McQueen bullet Mustang sound. It was very sad to see that he could no longer enjoy his cars but while riding with him he still had the grin that showed the pleasure of loving his cars. Glad you all help him get good money for a unique original owner car. Lee
