I attended the Shelby event at Sears Point yesterday--good turnout and cool weather ( it was in the mid 70's, a welcome temp after our 100+ heat all last week). I decided this year to enter the car show since they moved it to Saturday, then I could watch the racing too. Over 50 cars showed, 3 Sunbeams, Cobras, vintage and late model Shelbys. The guest judges were Bob Bondurant, John Morton and Alan Grant (all ex Shelby American drivers).
I was shocked as we were chosen for an award, very cool to receive it from Bob himself. Enjoy the pics.
