I often wondered what the emblem on the original cigar lighter looked like. Not sure if what I have is original or not. Is the emblem in color? Anyone have a pic?
 
When I bought the car it came with one like the one on the right. It got pilfered at a Tiger repair shop so next time I went back there I went window shopping and got a replacement that looked the same. Sorry if it was yours.

Found the one in the center, "SUNBEAM TIGER Powered By Ford" on eBay by a UK seller several years ago.

I bought the one on the left for general use at AutoZone so no worries if it goes missing.
 
lighter is a casco as used on the jag XKE series I/MKII Jag and 420G. also lambo miura Si.m

Also used in all the others rootes cars in period, they look like the choke/washer pump knob of an alpine without any logo and have a tapered chrome collar.

They are availabe repro from Uk jag suppliers

Methinks I remember seeing them on original small block Cobra also.
 
I had a autozone crap lighter in the car when I bought it. Took me some time to get the correct one -
