Does anyone know if these are made aftermarket? and what the actual name is? I'm considering having one 3D printed.

These are not 3-D printed. They are machined from Delrin and they won't ever crack like the cast plastic originals!

A little trick that makes them much easier to install and put the horn ring back in.....

Coat the inside of the back and front halves with a thick layer if black silicone adhesive. Install the screws that hold the 2 parts together and set aside for a day. You can come back the next day, remove the screws and install the horn parts and the hub parts won't separate while you're messing about with 2 hands for a job that requires three!!
