The SAOCA deserves a huge thanks for yesterday's donation of $2,415 to the Rootes Archive Centre Trust.

By donating now their gift will be matched by an anonymous donor. (the matching donation period ends this week) So the Archive will gross $4830 which will go a long way towards retiring the debt incurred for their new building.

If anyone wants to get in a donation during these last days for matching funds, you can see details on this forum at https://www.catmbr.org/VB_forum/showthread.php?t=7004

Again, Thanks to the Alpine owners of America!

As one of the trustees of the Rootes Archive Centre Trust I would like, on behalf of my fellow trustees, to convey our very grateful thanks and appreciation to C.A.T. and its members
and several other significant Californian donors for yours and theirs immense generosity.

I think it is fair to say that the Tiger community of the USA is one of the most significant and generous in its support of 'Rootes Heritage' and in the founding of a permanent home for it.

As Buck has said before, when and if you plan to visit England there is a whole lot of heritage in the Centre at Banbury that we'd be happy to show you.

Thank you.
