Tiger For Sale BIN $25K or Offer on eBay

Is that orange strap in the engine compartment holding up the front of the engine?
 
It'll sell better if it looks like it is more together :)
Seen this on a local car dealer. They dropped in a non running engine and transmission of a recovered stolen car from San Pedro prior to listing on their site plus a little lipstick :)
Probably a good reason for this as if it rolls it'll cost less to ship.
