Tiger Puzzle, Part Two!!

You sure they are Tiger parts? I am on my 5th Tiger and I don't think I have ever seen something like that. The mount area looks like a bumper brkt but the other end looks unfamiliar. :confused:

The parts shown are part of the latch assy for the metal boot covers on a MK1
