Still looking. I figured this resourceful bunch would have somethin' . . . . .

What's it look like? I have a tool kit but it has been in my garage for over 30 years, never in any of my Tigers.

This is a photo of an original tool strap from a Tiger under restoration. I have to give it back, dangit!

Randy,

Bob Webb.. (65beam) on this forum and others was selling his version on ebay a little while back IIRC.

I have no connection to the seller and can not verify quality, accuracy or value, but you may choose to follow it up with him.

I know a couple of guys down here are looking into making an accurate replacement... but there is no ETA as yet.

OOPS!

Heck with the tool roll,
Lets see how you updated Maxwell Smarts machine gun.

Didn't immediately notice that the old M-60 had crawled into the photo. We did actually do a trial fitting for the heck of it, and, it would work by sacrificing the heater box as the ammo feed tray and the RH steering post hole as the trunion-to-barrel location. Other mechanical & operational logistics were easily solved. BUT, transporting even with the SOT type 7 Fed license would probably raise a few eyebrows . . . . . .
