I now have a car with a a strap for tools I'll probably never use.
The strap is detached and looking to put it back right. I have the detached riveted plate too. Stitching is removed but not completely . Any pictures of the the installed strap would help.
Added to my shopping list. My car had a bout with a loose bottle of brake fluid with the P.O. then a hasty I'll fix it with black paint but that's part of her story
