I asked the guy to take a couple more pictures of the trunk and received the same boiler plate in the ad. As a nice collection of parts it's already somewhat overpriced. I give it a thumbs down. Too bad with the proper photos and a little research it'd be clearer WTH it is.
 
No Clear Title

Another thing that I would be worried about is the lack of a title. (I guess when the ad says "Clear Title", it means invisible.) I don't have reason to disbelieve that a title was not required to register the car in New Jersey back in the 80s. However, it seems to me that the seller should be able to title the car a whole lot easier in New Jersey than someone out of state trying to title the car in their home state. A title does not guarantee that the name plate has not be switched from a different car, though. But it would give the buyer more confidence that he or she won't have trouble registering and obtaining a title in their home state. I guess it comes down to how lucky do you feel?
