Where to start reassembly

Following on from all these wonderful threads, my Tiger is about to be escaped from the body shop soon.
So if is so, where would you start the rebuild?
I am thinking the electric loom first, then the fuel lines and the brake lines.
Followed by the master cylinders, the fuel pump, the fuel tanks.

This is assuming the motor is fully assembled, the transmission is mounted, the rear end is fully assembled and the front and is also assembled. To be reconnected to the Tiger.
Then the window assembly and the dash. The seats and trim

And it rolls on.

I would start with the hard pipes first.

This is a great idea for a thread!

It would be fantastic to have a "best practice" guide for doing a restoration. My "to do" list is quite long. And my natural inclination is to be paralyzed in fear, and do nothing (as my 20-year history confirms).
