I'm surprised there wasn't a factory radio console and book of Norman thrown in too! If this was a real auction.. someone did GOOOOOOD. :eek::eek:

What am I missing here...? It appears to me that it wasn't a 'buy it now' auction ... just had a starting bid of $499 and got pulled without any bids. Maybe someone e -mailed the seller with an ' off ebay' offer... happens all the time. I think that's one of the reasons that so much of the bidding info etc. has become 'hidden' over the years.
I think a lot of sellers just post an auction to see what the interest is and have other intentions from the start !

Jim i was just being tongue in cheek, as in that's an amazing stock of rare parts.. and went so quick/cheap... as being silly snd saying surprised it didn't have more rare bits thrown in for good measure :eek:

Actually.. not that many 'Tiger' bits... maybe 3 if you include the ashtray on the console... I think the rest could be had from an Alpine. Those battery hold downs don't look familiar and either does the radio plate.

I see there's a 'top half only' air cleaner for sale on e-Pay now...

I have that custom 'flat' base that I made for the double pumper that would go nicely with it...;)

I think I might let my 'tin' one go ... just another stock piece that will never go back on my car...

So let's imagine you saw this ad , and you were me the first thing I do call the seller , then pick up my handy Cat Club roster and partner up with somebody nearby to complete the deal in person.
This is how I met, but not in person a real good guy Cobrakidz.
We did not get a pick like the ended early auction here,
But finding somebody you can work with and somebody you can trust ,is priceless.

he could have several of the items. I know a friend that has a large stash of alpine and tiger parts with more than one of many items. I have boxes of various items myself.
 
while many of us are guilty of multiple parts.. the shifter and the filter are the same in each ad by the markings on them. Wondering if he listed them individually pulled the auction.. then did them in a batch.
