Monday, 6/17:
Check in, Register & Tech inspections.
Parts room setup in Meadows Room. Hours will be posted, closed during all events and meetings.
Buffet dinner at Stillwell's on patio deck. No-host drinks at the Stillwell bar.
Hospitality suite will be open after dinner.
Tuesday 6/18:
Rally in morning.
Tiger quiz in afternoon in Metcalfe room.
Dinner is on your own. Many choices in walking distance.
Hospitality suite open in evening after dinner.
Wednesday 6/19:
Autocross at Big Bear Airport. Lunch & soft drinks included.
Dinner is on your own. Lots of choices nearby.
Hospitality suite open after dinner.
Thursday 6/20:
Concours at the Pines Tavern by the Lake parking lot.
Tavern opens at 9AM for no-host refreshments & restrooms.
Banquet dinner & awards ceremony in the hotel's ballroom.
Hospitality suite open after banquet.
Friday 6/21:
checkout and travel home.
