Anticipation and confirmation

I got mine!

Yes over 600 were mailed last week. Dear 0ne and "260" were both on the list sent to the printer/mailing service.

Good one too with Tigers United covered.

Also a few priceless pics from the "Friedman File" of the Shelby Race Tiger at Tucson in 1964. Driver Lew Spencer and Shelby employees, Ted Sutton and John Morton are in the pictures.

Just till July thank you.

Got mine today YEA, i see Dale beat moondoggie would love to know the times.

There are no times in a concours just points. At the end of the judging Dale and I were tied at 100 points or a perfect score. The tie breaker was the finish on the hood latch which I lost a point. So 100 points to 99 points separated first and second place in the modified class.

i'm still giving doug a hard time about coming in third. he blames it on air pressure?

The differential between Dale and Tom was a tenth of a second and I believe that Doug hit a cone on his best run and lost a tenth of a second.....Doug was driving Tom's car which was tuned at sea level so air pressure ( @ 6000 ft) certainly could have played a large part...also in the tires !!
